(Step 1: Tenant) Please enter contact info in all required fields, Click Next
(Step 2: Unit) Select desired storage unit size , Click Next
(Step 3: Confirmation) Review all Tenant and Unit information, Click Next
(Step 4: Payment) Complete payment process via debit or credit card, Click Pay & Move In
(Step 5: Lease Agreement) When you complete the payment process, you will receive an email
with an electronic copy of your lease via DocuSign. This must be virtually signed through the
step by step process and will be automatically sent to Bomarc when complete.
(Step 6: Valid I.D.) Scan or snap a photo of a valid photo I.D and email back to Bomarc at
BomarcSelfStorage@gmail.com. Once we have your tenant file complete we will send you a
"Welcome Letter" that will include all the information you will need, including specific unit
number, gate access code and keypad procedure. Process complete !!!!!

** Steps 5 & 6 ** may also be completed in person at the Bomarc office the first time you visit,
although gate access will be denied until these steps are completed.
